Saudi Credit Bank (SCB)

SCB is one of the largest government financial services institutions in Saudi Arabia. Front-line employees in SCB Commercial Client Group found it increasingly difficult to quickly find the information they needed to serve the loan requests of its Saudi citizen clients. SCB deployed its new public portal based on the Interactive Saudi Arabia Content Management System (CMS) (WEBLISHER.NET) developed on .NET platform and running on MS SQL server 2005. Now, Saudi citizens can apply for loans online and the client support group can follow up those loan requests through the portal according to job roles already defined. Employees see a simpler interface with easy navigation and single-click access to key Web-based information and applications they need from the portal's home page. The new portal was enthusiastically adopted and is producing immediate business benefits including an average 25 percent speed improvement in standardized informative tasks, faster customer service, more efficient administration and standardized content publishing.
